Where fo I find the status of my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of you placing the order with us.

Once the order is dispatched from our facilities, you will be provided with a Tracking ID to track the status of the shipment. Please note, we use third party delivery partners to facilitate the order - the appropriate tracking link will be shared along with the Tracking ID for your convenience.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, net banking or UPI.

Additionally, we support transitions processed via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, UPI platforms (eg. Google Pay, Paytm), and other wallets such as Airtel Money, Freecharge, Ola Money, MobiKwik, and PayZapp. We use Razorpay as our payment gateway partner.

In addition to the above mentioned payment methods, you can now also avail COD option on checkout.

Do you accept returns?

We have a 10-day no questions asked return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the Order ID or proof of purchase. To view our return and refund policy, please click here.

Please note: Buyers will be required to ship the product back to our premises to process the return.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders all over India.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.

Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-3 working days to process and mark it ready-for-delivery. Once shipped, the order usually takes 3-7 working days to reach the customer.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or fill this contact form at the earliest. Please note, we can only cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form at the earliest.

How do I pay by Cash on Delivery (COD) method?

We have now added Cash on Delivery as a checkout option for your shopping convenience. To avail, select the "COD" option as your preferred payment method and checkout as usual.
